Limited Sale and Specials:

1. Sale prices and Specials promotion terms will only be honored during the advertised sale periods and cannot be combined with other offers.

2. If you make a purchase from "QQ Furniture" and find we are advertising it for a lower price, you are entitled to the lower price within 15 days of the purchase date.

Sales Terms and Conditions:

1. All orders are subject to availability from the manufacture. We do not issue rain checks. We will not charge your credit card until we confirmed with the manufacture. All orders require payment in full before delivery. The information provided on this website are accurate to the best of our knowledge. However, occasionally, there could be typos or errors. We are not obligated to honor or be responsible for these errors.

2. Any change of delivery address or change in the order must be made in person by the purchaser at the location purchased.

3. You must accept delivery within 7 days after the merchandise has been received from the manufacturer, unless otherwise stated on the front of this contract.

4. You are responsible for measuring to be sure merchandise will fit through doorways, stairways, into elevators, etc. Where it is found that merchandise does not fit, you may select smaller merchandise or a merchandise certificate for which new delivery charges will be imposed. Alternately you may request a refund, less a restocking fee of 20% of the original purchase price.

5. No special crating or packaging is available.

6. Drivers cannot deliver furniture if someone 18 years or older is not at home at the time of delivery.

7. Drivers cannot handle furnishings that are not listed on the delivery documents. This includes, but is not limited to, electronic components (e.g. televisions, computers, stereos).

8. Pickup merchandise must be returned to the pickup location for service.

9. There is a 20% Processing fee for any orders cancelled by customers

Returns and Exchange Policies:

Returns or exchanges will be accepted within 7 days of delivery and will be less the actual shipping costs. There will be a 20% restocking fee for each item returned. Item(s) must be in original packaging & must not be assembled. Returns not in original packaging, or assembled items will not be accepted for return.

Refund Policy:

1. Purchases may be cancelled, in writing, at anytime before the delivery date but will be subjected to a 20% restocking fee + Shipping Costs.

2. All refunds must be accompanied by original sales order receipt.

3. All refunds of cash, check, and credit card payments will be refunded from our main office and require 7 to 10 business days for processing.

4. There will be no refunds on merchandise that has been accepted by the customer. In the event that merchandise we deliver has a defect, we will inspect the furniture in your home, and repair or replace at our discretion.

Warranties:

1. Our limited warranty covers 90 days.

2. Claims for defective merchandise or missing parts must be made within 2 days from date of delivery.

3. Moving the furniture from the original delivery address voids this limited warranty.

4. Commercial usage will void this limited warranty.

Delivery Policy:

1. "QQ Furniture" drivers cannot handle furnishings that are not listed on the delivery documents. Please clear the area where your new furniture is to be placed.

2. If you need to postpone your delivery, you must call "QQ Furniture" office 48 hours prior to your scheduled delivery date. If no one is home for the scheduled delivery, you will be charged a $50 fee.

3. You will be contacted 24 hours prior to delivery and given a 4 hour window for delivery. Requests for specific times might not be honored. Deliveries begin at 9 am.

Warehouse Pickup Policy:

1. "QQ Furniture" does not assume responsibility for fitting furniture into the customers vehicle.

2. If customer decides to return furniture for any reason, he/she is responsible for transporting goods back to us.
3. No refunds will be processed until items are returned to us in their original packaging. If original packaging is not provided, no refund will be processed.
4. If merchandise is returned for any reason, besides damage noted by a customer service representative, customer will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

5. Customer is responsible for inspecting all items for damage before leaving the pick up facility.
